Nestled in the vibrant Old Harbour region of St. Catherine, Whim Estates is a gated community featuring 876 stand-alone homes, thoughtfully designed with a suite of supporting amenities and seamless connectivity to Highway 2000 in both the east and west directions. Residential Housing units to be offered at Whim Estates will consist of two (2) floor plan designs; a two bedroom, one bathroom configuration and a two bedroom, two bathroom design.
